Step 2: I will make a mock page for free. Give me 5-10 days to set up your 5 webpages. Your website will include:

  • Up to 3 Revisions: You’ll have the opportunity to request up to three revisions to fine-tune the website and ensure it meets your expectations.

Step 4:  I will set up your website with your domain name. I will help you pick a domain name (which is free for one year).

After the first year, there will be a small fee of up to $20.00 for the domain name and $40.00 for hosting.

    Web Design Agreement

    This Web Design Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Nathan Kliewer (the “Designer”) and [Client’s Name] (the “Client”) on this day of [Date].

    1. Scope of Work: 1.1 The Designer agrees to provide web design and development services as outlined in the project proposal (the “Proposal”) attached hereto as Exhibit A. 1.2 The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials and content required for the project, including text, images, and any other relevant media.
    2. Payment Terms: 2.1 The Client shall pay the Designer the total project fee of $150 as set forth in the Proposal. Payment shall be made in the following manner: Payment must be made before designer start his work. 2.2 In the event of any additional work or changes requested by the Client that are outside the scope of the original Proposal, the Designer shall provide a revised estimate for such work, and the Client agrees to pay for such additional work at the Designer’s current hourly rate.
    3. Ownership and Intellectual Property: 3.1 Upon receipt of full payment from the Client, Nathan Kliewer assigns to the Client all rights, titles, and interests, including copyright, in the final deliverables of the project. 3.2 Nathan Kliewer retains the right to showcase the completed project as part of his portfolio or promotional materials.
    4. Timeline: 4.1 Nathan Kliewer agrees to deliver the completed website within the agreed timeline, as set forth in the Proposal. 4.2 The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals necessary for the project to progress according to the agreed timeline.
    5. Revisions and Modifications: 5.1 The Client shall have the opportunity to review and request revisions to the design and content during the development process. 5.2 Nathan Kliewer agrees to provide 3 rounds of revisions as part of the project fee. Any additional revisions requested by the Client may incur additional charges as outlined in Section 2.2.
    6. Confidentiality: 6.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any confidential information exchanged during the course of this Agreement. 6.2 The Client grants Nathan Kliewer permission to disclose the Client’s name and general project details for promotional purposes after the completion of the project.
    7. Limitation of Liability: 7.1 Nathan Kliewer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the services provided under this Agreement. 7.2 The total liability of Nathan Kliewer for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Nathan Kliewer under this Agreement.
    8. Termination: 8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach that remains uncured for a period of [number] days. 8.2 In the event of termination, the Client shall pay Nathan Kliewer for all services rendered up to the termination date.
    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
    10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
