3. Payment Terms
Full Payment Required Upfront:
- All web design projects and hosting services must be paid in full before work begins.

No Hidden Fees:
- Prices are clearly listed on our website. Any additional custom work will be quoted separately.
4. Refund Policy
❌ No Refunds on Completed Services:
- Once a website is designed, developed, and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- If a project is canceled before completion, we may offer a partial refund based on work completed.
Hosting & Domain Refunds:
- Domains are non-refundable once registered.
- Hosting may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, but a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Website Ownership & Rights
✔ You Own Your Website After Completion:
- Once the final payment is made, you have full ownership of your website.
- You can transfer, edit, or manage the website as needed.
⚠ Hosting & Domain Ownership:
- If you purchased a free hosting/domain package, it must be renewed after one year.
- If hosting is canceled, we are not responsible for site backups or restoration.
6. Client Responsibilities
Content & Materials:
- You must provide all necessary content, images, and branding materials before we start the project.
- We are not responsible for writing content unless stated in the package.
Revisions & Approvals:
- Minor revisions are allowed during the design phase.
- Additional revisions may incur extra fees if they exceed the agreed scope.
Compliance & Legal Use:
- You are responsible for ensuring that your website does not contain illegal content.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if your site violates ethical or legal guidelines.
7. Website Support & Maintenance
Free Support (First 30 Days):
- We offer free bug fixes & minor changes for 30 days after website completion.
Ongoing Maintenance Plans:
- If you need long-term updates, security monitoring, and backups, we offer monthly website maintenance plans.

8. Limitation of Liability
