3. Payment Terms

4. Refund Policy

You Own Your Website After Completion:

Hosting & Domain Ownership:

  • If you purchased a free hosting/domain package, it must be renewed after one year.
  • If hosting is canceled, we are not responsible for site backups or restoration.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide all necessary content, images, and branding materials before we start the project.
  • We are not responsible for writing content unless stated in the package.

Revisions & Approvals:

  • Minor revisions are allowed during the design phase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if your site violates ethical or legal guidelines.
