3. Payment Terms

No Hidden Fees:

4. Refund Policy

❌ No Refunds on Completed Services:

  • If a project is canceled before completion, we may offer a partial refund based on work completed.

Hosting & Domain Refunds:

  • Domains are non-refundable once registered.
  • Hosting may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, but a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Website Ownership & Rights

✔ You Own Your Website After Completion:

  • Once the final payment is made, you have full ownership of your website.
  • You can transfer, edit, or manage the website as needed.

⚠ Hosting & Domain Ownership:

  • If you purchased a free hosting/domain package, it must be renewed after one year.
  • If hosting is canceled, we are not responsible for site backups or restoration.

6. Client Responsibilities

Content & Materials:

  • You must provide all necessary content, images, and branding materials before we start the project.
  • We are not responsible for writing content unless stated in the package.

Revisions & Approvals:

  • Minor revisions are allowed during the design phase.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees if they exceed the agreed scope.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your website does not contain illegal content.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if your site violates ethical or legal guidelines.
