At NathanKWebDesign.com, we strive to provide high-quality web design, hosting, and digital services. However, due to the nature of our work, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

No Refunds on Completed Services

  • Once a website is designed, developed, and delivered, refunds will not be issued.
  • If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.

2. Web Design & Development Refunds

Eligible for Refund (Before Work Begins)

  • If you request a cancellation before work has started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If we cannot complete your project for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

❌ No Refunds (After Work Has Started)

  • Once we begin designing, developing, or customizing your website, refunds are not available.
  • This includes website templates, custom design work, revisions, and WordPress setup.

Need a revision? You may request minor adjustments based on your package details.

3. Hosting & Domain Refunds

Domains → Non-Refundable

  • Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be refunded or changed.
  • Domains are owned by you for the registration period (e.g., 1 year).

Hosting → Refundable Within 7 Days

  • If you cancel your hosting within 7 days, you may receive a partial refund minus setup costs.
  • After 7 days, no hosting refunds will be issued.

4. SEO & Marketing Services

Non-Refundable Once Work Has Started

  • SEO, digital marketing, and promotional services require upfront research and implementation.
  • Once work has started, no refunds will be given.

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email nathan@nathankwebdesign.com with your order details & reason for the request.
  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7-14 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

❌ Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a violation of these terms.

  • If you dispute a payment after receiving services, your website & hosting may be suspended until resolved.
