1. Service Commitment

ASLHosting.com guarantees 99.9% uptime on all hosting plans. If downtime exceeds this, you may be eligible for compensation.


2. Support & Response Time

Standard Support: Responses within 24 hours on business days.
Priority Support (For Premium Clients): Responses within 6 hours.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must keep backups of your website data (unless you purchase a managed plan).
  • ASLHosting.com is not responsible for data loss due to third-party actions.
  • Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.
